Sad Circus Studio has intentionally created a safe space, consisting of three private tattoo rooms, ensuring you can get your tattoo without anyone oddly looming over your shoulder. Our team of artists are unique in their styles and strive for the utmost professional and collaborative effort in providing you with the best experience and tattoos. Sad Circus Artists

Angell (He/Him) specializes in fine line, textured shading, and SpFX tattooing, he infuses every piece with love and compassion, his signature touch incorporating rich texture reminiscent of charcoal on paper. Whether it’s horror-themed tattoos or soft, delicate designs, he ensures every client’s vision is brought to life with precision and care.

CC (They/Them) specializes in stipple works in B&W or monochromatic color. They also love first-time tattoos! So don’t be shy, CC is certain to welcome your concepts and create a tattoo you will love. They pull inspiration from ghostly podcasts, fairy tales, animals, and all other things spooky! They pride themselves in creating a space that is low-stim, positive, and gentle.

Nicolai (Any Pronouns) has over decade of tattooing experience, specializing in bold black work and vibrant contrasts of color. They bring your tattoo visions to life with skill and precision. Although they love packing in black, Nicolai is versatile and can do just about any tattoo style you throw their way. They usually work completely freehand, allowing each piece to be unique and perfect for you.

The Shop

Our tattoo shop is located in Arvada, Colorado, roughly 25 minutes from Denver. We are located by Black & Read and Target, INSIDE the Phenix Salon Suites.
