We are The Healing Revolution – A Colorado-based 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and a disruptive force with the mission to eliminate Burnout and associated Mental & Physical Health Conditions through holistic, science-backed Community Initiatives, Professional Training, and Healing Retreats focused on Trauma-Informed Holistic Wellbeing, Somatic Practice, and Nervous System Regulation. The Healing Revolution’s donations and funds support our programs for:
1. Suicide & Burnout Prevention in Firefighters & First Responders who have experienced trauma.
2. Teaching grade/high school kids growth mindset and nervous system/emotional regulation strategies.
3. Training professionals in trauma-informed, evidence-backed nervous system regulation and somatic tools to screen for, prevent, and address mental and physical symptoms of burnout.
