I’m Jen Johnston Donov. I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Nutrition Consultant, Root Cause Protocol Consultant & Nutrition coach.

I have a passion for helping others live a full life. One full of energy & without fear of food. I believe nutrition education is at the core of leading a life of empowerment when it comes to our health. Through a personalized approach inside nutrition, habits & other lifestyle factors, I help others to live from a place of power & freedom inside of their health, nutrition and their relationship to food/body/self.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College and Level 1 Certified through Precision Nutrition, Functional Nutrition Counselor Certification through the Functional Nutrition Alliance Root Cause Protocol Practitioner through the Root Cause Protocol Institute, where I got to expand my knowledge of just how important minerals are to every process in the body & the importance of iron regulation to decrease inflammation in the body.

As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, I offer functional lab testing in my business. This allows us to create personalized health protocols to you, as an individual, based on symptoms, health history and lab findings. This includes GI Map stool testing, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis testing, & salivary hormone testing.

Staying up to date on the latest science and continually expanding my knowledge is extremely important to me.

I’ve been working with clients for over seven years to improve their body composition, performance, overall health and well being, and their relationship to food. As someone who’s experienced a range of disordered eating tendencies in the past, I understand the feeling of being controlled by & living in fear of food. I’m here to meet you where you are & help you navigate the confusing world of nutrition while creating a lifestyle & nutrition foundation that works for you!
