Hi There!
My name is Sydney and I am a sober, queer, Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition for addiction recovery, disordered eating/eating disorders, and body image.

I work with people who are looking to heal their relationship with food and find freedom from the mental obsession of a number on the scale, “right” foods, “being good”, bingeing, restricting, over-exercising, and chronic dieting. Using an integrative, customized approach, I see clients in-person at my office in Boulder or virtually. I believe that the path to feeling at peace with your body and the foods you eat is a unique experience.
